Internationally renowned paint company, dealing with some of the biggest companies in the world, are looking for an Operations Manager / General Manager to revamp their cutting edge factory in Saudi Arabia. This role will essentially be an Acting General Manager role and the successful person will be responsible for all functions within the factory, including Production, Supply Chain, Budget/P&L, and most importantly, the management of the people located there. The successful candidate will be located in Damman and will be expected to assess the current operations and suggest and implement changes and improvements as the company grows. It will be vital that this person is able to optimise the workflows of the processes and procedures to keep up with the expansions. The successful candidate will have worked for many years in the paint industry and will have have worked their way up through production management, supply chain, and then to general management who is responsible for budgets and overall man-management. You will ideally have worked for a long, successful period within a large paint factory. My client is open to relocate the right person from anywhere in the world.
