You will be responsible for overseeing procurement, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and compliance with contractual obligations. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will drive the effective implementation of commercial strategies to achieve project goals and objectives.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, including procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiation.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage project risks.Lead the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract management, and vendor relationships.Review and analyze contracts, identifying areas of potential risk and opportunity.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.Resolve commercial disputes and negotiate contract amendments as necessary.Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports to management.Requirements:(15 to 20) years experience as a commercial manager in major infrastructure projects of similar nature.Extensive experience in the management of Operation & Maintenance contracts.Work experience in Saudi Arabia or another GCC country.Hold at least a Master Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
