A recruiter is seeking an Executive Director for their client's Saudi Arabia Operations to manage its Commercially Registered (CR) subsidiary in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Executive Director will be responsible for advancing the service opportunities portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Director plans, directs, and formulates policies, sets the unit strategy, and provides the overall direction of assigned enterprises/organizations for the development and delivery of products or services.The Executive Director is responsible for profit and loss operations of the currently registered CR and other emerging programs in his portfolio, including supporting US Government Foreign Military Sales and direct contract sales operations in the KSA.Responsible for health, welfare, and security of the employee population performing permanent duty single and multiple year rotations and temporary duty assignments in the Kingdom.Integrates new awarded opportunities into the existing CR or develops branches or other CR subsidiaries as warranted by Saudi law and US best business practices.Ensures the training and certification of the workforce as appropriate.Supervises business expansion efforts in the Kingdom and the organization with the CR General Manager reporting directly to the Executive Director.Reports directly to the President, the parent company for all Saudi based operations, and coordinates with International Business Developers.Develops long-term pipeline of opportunities and directs capture management IAW S3I business practices that closely parallel those of S3, the parent company.Coordinates closely with S3 International Business Developer(s) to support S3 efforts in other Mid-East, Northeast Asia countries but to lead all efforts in the Kingdom.Candidate for this position should have at least four years' experience helping companies identify, bid, and win new business opportunities. The Executive Director should have OCONUS management experience on DoD or State Department contracts and demonstrate comparable managerial experience in industry at Senior Program Manager, Vice President, or higher positions. Must understand and lead compliance efforts for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).Previous contract experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a major advantage in applying for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
