We are currently seeking a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal Department and help us navigate the complexities of the legal landscape at Tayseer Finance Company.SkillsResponsibilitiesFollow Up on Executive Requests: Manage and address legal requests from executive leadership, ensuring timely and effective responses.Recording Claims Against Clients: Document and maintain records of claims filed against clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.Providing Legal Services: Deliver comprehensive legal services across various areas including corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.Initiating Restricted Lawsuits: Initiate and manage restricted lawsuits on behalf of the company and defend against claims as needed.Attending Judicial Sessions: Represent the company in court, including pleading and defending in judicial sessions.Drafting Legal Documents: Write and prepare legal documents including claims sheets, responsive legal memorandums, and objection lists.Submitting Implementation Requests: File and follow up on requests for the implementation of judgments issued in favor of the company.Contract Review and Drafting: Review and draft legal clauses in contracts to ensure alignment with legal standards and company policies.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a legal specialty.Licensure: A valid law license.Experience: Proven experience in writing legal documents and regulatory regulations.Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in a corporate or in-house legal role, demonstrating a strong track record in handling complex legal matters.Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
