Assembly Supervisor:Job Summary:The Assembly supervisor is responsible for shop floor execution of all Flow Controls, Isolation and Actuation Technology products manufactured in Jubail and Spark.He ensures that our customer acquire the exact products required for their needs.The Job is based in Emerson Manufacturing Facility, Jubail & Spark, KSA!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Production and Quality:Meet monthly production targets and customer required delivery plans.Optimize internal operations to deliver consistent, high-quality work.Foster a culture of internal excellence in delivery and quality.Track and improve internal performance against established quality standards.Supervise all stages of assembly for productivity and quality.Support assembly team with drawings and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).Track day-to-day efficiency, prioritizing deliveries based on needs.possess a strong understanding of relevant assembly standards, quality control procedures, and paint properties specific to valves.Ensure timely completion of Valve Transfer Records (VTR) and Oracle transactions.2. Team Management:Lead and support a team of assemblers.Conduct daily toolbox meetings and maintain records.Track team member attendance and performance.Foster a 5S and lean culture within the assembly operation.3. Inventory and Material Management:Pull valves from stores based on priority.Expedite the kitting process for assembly technician.Ensure availability and serviceability of assembly tools.Maintain a readily stocked supply of assembly consumables.Guarantee sufficient stock of HSE consumables (PPE).4. Safety and Compliance:Implement and carry out all HSE standards, programs, and training for the team.Issue Permits to Work (PTWs) for the assembly team and contractors.Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly inspections of tools and equipment.Ensure all assembly hardcopy documents are up to date.5. Reporting and Communication:Supervise customer inspection and special testing areas.Compile monthly production reports for leadership team presentations.Resolve production-related issues promptly.Leverage resources to address shop floor casualties efficiently.Who you are?Minimum 10 years of technical level experience in valve industry.For this Role, You Will Need:Relevant technical certificate or engineering degree.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Good product knowledge.Effective communication skillsManagement skills and team mentorOur offer to you!We recognize the importance of employee wellbeing and know that to do your best you have flexible, competitive benefit plans to meet you and your family’s physical, mental, financial, and social needs.
