Sufficient knowledge on:Business modeling toolsAfter-sales/MarketingFleet industry knowledgeMicrosoft Office Suite knowledgeMinimum Experience:3+ years in Aftersales/Customer Service in the automotive industry with exposure to direct customer-facing roles - preferably involving major fleet companies and experience of building positive B2B business relationships.Job-Specific Skills:The ideal candidate should have an understanding of key business dynamics, a good understanding of the After sales business, at both business and technical level, and processes within dealerships and fleet operators.Behavioural Competencies:Adept at using effective communication and influencing skills to gain commitment and support from a wide range of stakeholders.
