As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for the proposal of bids to existing or prospective clients for projects. A Bid Manager will ensure the smooth running of the bid for a project within the correct time and financial parameters and manage the relationship with the client.Responsibilities:Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.Developing and executing Proposal Plans.Organizing and holding bid kick-off meetings.Approving each party's scope of work involved in the bid.Analyzing contract requirements and conditions to present to Management.Managing interfaces with partners and clients.Identifying pre-bid agreements to be completed.Integrating proposal packages prepared by individual operating companies and proposal partners and reconciling possible discrepancies.Coordinating and reviewing/editing proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Lending and Owner legal advisors, financial advisors, lenders, commercial, legal and delivery.Communicating and influencing at a senior level.Document template management in line with Company branding.Skills Required:Good knowledge in civil/structural engineering from detail engineering, sponsor engineering and consulting/advising.Ability to oversee teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment.Strong written and verbal English language skills.Strong management/prioritization skills.Experience in designing, managing and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution for BOOT/PPP Projects.Experience in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings, final document review, coordinating proposal governance, sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.Well placed to read, assess and deliver in cross-discipline engineering works.Qualifications:5+ years of project proposal experience.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
