Job ResponsibilitiesPerform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.Communicate with the Branch Manager regarding sales analysis, spoilages/returns turnover, sales/customer structure management, and pricing maintenance. Suggest ideas for improvement.Conduct periodic inventory counts by taking a sample monthly.Maintain the branch's financial records and information to send to the head office.Enter all received cash, vouchers, and bills into the ERP system.Verify all expenses and cash payments to send them to management for approval.Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with financial legal requirements.Copy, file, and save all related accounting bills and documents of the branch for future reference.Prepare all bank-related payments in addition to preparing expense vouchers.Check all invoices before submitting them to clients or salesmen.Accomplish the accounting mission by completing related branch tasks as needed.Prepare updated accounting reports of the branch and submit them to the direct manager.Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.SkillsExperience in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Petty Cash, and Bank Reconciliations.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 2012 or 365 and the English language.Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.Quick learner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
