JOB INFORMATION Job Title: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Department: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation SHORT DESCRIPTION An excellent opportunity to join as a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Consultant for a private tertiary hospital in Al Ahsa (Eastern province), Saudi Arabia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides high-quality care to patients in this area of medicine. Provides consultative service as requested. Supervises fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents. Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and participates in research activities. Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed. Performs special procedures as privileged. Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Graduate from a medical school of good standing. Completion of required training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and/or subspecialty. (Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese) Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent. Membership and/or Fellowship or their equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required. A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must. Dataflow is a must. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years post board/fellowship in specialty. A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.
