Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the gym's daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Lead and motivate a team of female staff members, including trainers, front desk personnel, and maintenance staff. Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff members. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Manage the gym's budget and ensure financial profitability. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members. Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and conduct regular safety inspections. Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on fitness trends and implement new programs and services to meet the needs of members. Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the gym's success. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Gym Manager role in the fitness industry. Proven track record of success in increasing membership, staff development, and revenue generation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in gym management software and scheduling tools. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations within the fitness industry. A passion for fitness and wellness and a commitment to empowering women.
