About the Role:As a Partner Manager for Azentio ONEERP in Saudi Arabia, you will be pivotal in expanding our reach and market share through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of IT vendors who will resell ONEERP to their clients across the region.Responsibilities:Identify and recruit: Proactively source and engage potential IT vendors who align with our target market and can effectively position ONEERP to their clients.Develop relationships: Build trust and strong rapport with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.Negotiate and close deals: Structure win-win partnerships that drive mutual growth and profitability.Onboarding and enablement: Work with Azentio Partner enablement team to provide comprehensive training and support to partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to sell ONEERP successfully.Performance management: Monitor partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate to optimize results.Market analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to refine our partner strategy.Grow the network: Continuously expand the partner ecosystem by identifying new opportunities and fostering a collaborative environment.SkillsRequired Skills & Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on IT vendors or the ERP space.Proven track record of successfully selling and closing partnership deals.Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Deep understanding of ERP or similar B2B software solutions.Strong market connections within the Saudi Arabian IT landscape.Business acumen: Ability to identify and seize strategic opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.Influence and persuasion: Adept at building trust, presenting compelling value propositions, and influencing decision-makers.Go-getter attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for building successful partnerships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
