In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional medical care to pediatric patients, diagnosing and treating a variety of health issues while collaborating with a team of healthcare providers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and examinations of children Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses and conditions Create and implement individualized comprehensive treatment plans Prescribe medications and monitor response to treatment Order and interpret diagnostic tests to facilitate accurate diagnoses Provide preventive care and patient education to parents and caregivers Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care Document all medical assessments, treatment plans, and patient interactions accurately Requirements Medical degree and current license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Pediatrician Demonstrated experience in pediatric healthcare, with proficiency in assessing and treating children's health issues In-depth knowledge of pediatric growth and development Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex medical challenges Able to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse healthcare team Commitment to continual learning and professional development Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Experience with electronic medical record systems is advantageous Benefits Private Health Insurance Training&Development Performance Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
