ISS International SpA is looking for a Lead Commissioning Engineer for Electro-instrumental- telecom systems for a job in Ras Laffan, Qatar on Onshore Oil & Gas Industry.Main responsibilities:Verifies that the commissioning & start-up requirements are accounted for in the engineering documents.Takes part in project planning & scheduling.Prepares and keeps up-to-date the commissioning, start-up, and test run execution plan.Preparation of the Commissioning, start-up, and handing over procedures.Defines the LicensorVendors schedule and assignment, concerning the commissioning start-up and test run activities.Identifies the project requirements & constraints and participates in Risk and Opportunities meeting sessions related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities.Preparation of the integrated commissioning start-up and test run schedule and update the progress of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.Requirements:Bachelor or higher degree in engineering in Electrical/Telecom disciplines.Possess a minimum experience of 15 years in Oil & Gas Industry of which 5 in Commissioning of Electro-instrumental- telecom systems.Experience in Shutdown and brownfields projects.At Least 2 experiences in Lead Commissioning Roles.Strong leadership and communication skills in an international environment.English: ADVANCED level.Some further details:Place of work: Ras Laffan, Qatar;Starting date: 01/06/2024;Duration: 7 (seven) months, to extend depending on the project needs.Working hours: 10 hours a day / 6 days a week;Rotation: 91 ON / 16 days OFF;City accommodation, meals, transport, and Air Flights tickets provided.#J-18808-Ljbffr
