This involves developing maintenance schedules, coordinating planned maintenance activities, and optimizing maintenance processes to ensure the system's reliability.Team Management: Manage a team of engineers and technicians. This involves assigning tasks, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for managing a diverse team and motivating them to achieve their best.Technical Troubleshooting: Responsible for troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
