As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations in all aspects of business development, including strategy, planning, operations, and marketing.Key Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify their needs and develop customized action plans.Assist clients in setting realistic goals and creating actionable steps to achieve them.Provide guidance on developing effective business strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial planning.Offer support and advice on improving organizational processes and increasing efficiency.Advise on marketing strategies to promote products or services and reach target audiences.Help clients develop effective communication skills for networking and building relationships.Monitor progress of clients' action plans and provide ongoing support and feedback.Stay updated on current market trends and best practices in business development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.Proven experience as a Business Coach or consultant with a successful track record.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.Knowledge of business development principles and strategies.Familiarity with market research techniques.Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).Visa sponsorship available for non-Qatari candidates.If you are passionate about helping others achieve their business goals, have excellent coaching skills, and are eager to make an impact in the African or Egyptian community in Qatar, we would love to hear from you.
