What you will do The Logistics Coordinator is a key role reporting to the Senior Plants Manager and is responsible for providing efficient support and ensuring the success of procurement and logistic activities while providing efficient utilization of resources in accordance with applicable standards. The Logistics Coordinator will be based in Um Al Quwain and will be in charge of implementing administrative and logistics activities. He/she will oversee keeping clear records for all administration and logistic operations. How you will do it As a Logistics Coordinator you will: Review contracts as per company policies and procedures. Prepare certificates of origin issued from the Chamber of Commerce and Economy Department. Enter orders in the system and follow the entry process. Enter order details in the Billing Tracker Sheet. Check that orders are clean for releasing the Shipping Instructions. Coordinate with Logistics to release the Shipping Instructions and follow up for the shipping dates. Track the EXFactory dates and shipping details. Request billing once Terms of Sales are met with the customer. Ensure that all incoming orders and sales contracts receive an order acknowledgment within a maximum of one week. Handle all internal customer calls related to orders. Prepare all presentations required as per Manager's instruction. Execute work tasks as per Manager's instruction. What we look for Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field. 1 year of working experience or internship experience in a similar field.
