With a focus on social infrastructure projects, we strive to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution from concept to completionCollaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate civil engineering requirements into overall project design and planningPrepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for constructionSupervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standardsManage project budgets, schedules, and resources, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that ariseProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staffStay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations, incorporating the latest innovations and best practices into project designs and executionConduct feasibility studies and assessments to inform decision-making processesRequirementsHold at least a Master Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum of 15 to 20 years experience in major infrastructure projects, preferably in the railway industry with emphasis on maintenance facilities as part of a supervision or design team. Have completed at least one design-build transit project within the last 10 years.
