We are seeking a skilled and experienced LT Motor Technician specializing in motors, pumps, blower motors, and vibrator motors up to 500HP. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in dismantling, inspecting, checking electrical and mechanical parameters, and conducting thorough overhauling and assembly processes. The Motor Technician will be responsible for preparing initial reports, supply leads termination, performing no-load run tests, recording testing parameters, painting, and final preparation of motors.Responsibilities: Dismantle motors, pumps, blower motors, and vibrator motors for inspection. Perform electrical and mechanical parameter checks. Prepare initial inspection reports detailing the condition and issues found. Conduct overhauling and assembly of motors, ensuring all components are correctly reassembled. Terminate supply leads and perform no-load run tests. Record and analyze testing parameters to ensure motors are functioning correctly. Paint and finalize the preparation of motors for delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site as required. Identify the root cause of job failures, particularly during the warranty period. Maintain familiarity with all related materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Motor Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of LT motors, pumps, blower motors, and vibrator motors up to 500HP. Proficient in both electrical and mechanical aspects of motor repair and maintenance.
