Job PurposeThe APTC CEO is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization of all strategic and business aspects of the APTC. The CEO will provide the proper strategic direction and create a vision for success, taking actions to enhance the company’s revenue and human capabilities.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.Develop and implement commercial strategies according to the APTC goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.Ensure trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.Support executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules.Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed.Monitor the needs of company partners, board of directors, and stakeholders.Managerial ResponsibilitiesProvide input to the sector’s strategy from the Department's or Section's perspective in line with the overall vision and mission.Develop the Department's or Section's objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans and ensure plan execution meets the targets.Contribute to the preparation of the Department's or Section's annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.Implement and execute the Department's or Section's policies and procedures.Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPIs are well developed, cascaded, communicated, and monitored.Ensure effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of staff in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.Academic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Master's Degree preferred).Work Experience12 years of relevant experience with 6 years in a managerial role.Other RequirementsWritten and oral proficiency in the English language.Excellent communication skills.Experience with data analysis.Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.Experience with budget management.Consulting experience with a focus on operations management.Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.Simply Brilliant People#J-18808-Ljbffr
