The group continues to develop its tourism investments to deliver the best of what top global companies offer by attracting expertise and establishing partnerships that enhance returns of investment and makes a difference in the fields of entertainment and hospitality.Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and achieving targets, analyze sales performance and prepare reports, and conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targetsMonitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive measures to drive salesTrain and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standardsCollaborate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of productsResolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionConduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for their developmentCreate sales reports and present them to the Sales Manager for reviewStay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make strategic recommendations to the Sales ManagerQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with sales tracking softwareKnowledge of fashion and retail industry trendsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysThank you for your interest in joining the AL Hokair Group family.
