Hospital Coordinator – Private Sector (KSA) - DanoneAbout The JobDanone MENA is looking for a talented Hospital Coordinator – Private Sector to be based in Riyadh, KSA! In the context of Specialized Nutrition MENA, the candidate will be responsible to grow the category and gain share and also to further accelerate our business locally through supporting the field team in the relevant channel.This is done in line with corporate guidelines and strategies by planning and executing sales plans, and developing partnerships with key stakeholders & medical institutions as well as our distributor in the country. In summary, manage the day-to-day hospital management responsibilities and sales operations and have overall business scope accountability.Responsibilities:Hospital Management:Align with Field managers & Trade team to ensure proper forecasting for private hospitals to ensure the availability of Danone’s range of products.Monitor stock levels and consumption in key accounts.Collect relevant data from the Field team related to the business monthly.Prepare the needed dashboards.Act proactively in coordination with the field team to tackle all issues related to Danone’s portfolio through strong connections with key internal and external stakeholders.Distributor Management:Handle quotations, delivery notes, and delivery of goods to key accounts in coordination with the distributor team.Engage with the distributor team to ensure proper communication and achieve Danone objectives.Hospital Engagement:Manage hospitals’ agreements in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders, in line with Danone SOPs.Stakeholder Management:Coordinate with the field teams in KSA to ensure cohesive efforts and support.Work cooperatively with Field Managers in assigned regions to achieve Danone Objectives.Identify and map key stakeholders.Develop strategies to engage and manage relationships with identified stakeholders effectively.Forecast Accuracy:Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and inventory management in coordination with Field Managers, Supply chain, and distributor teams.Communicate forecast updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.About YouTo be successful in the role you should ideally have:Education & Experience:BSc in Medical, Pharmacist, Dietitian, or equivalent.Minimum 5-7 years of experience ideally in the nutrition field or Pharmaceutical Field.At least 3 years in the same role as Hospital sales executive or Key Account Executive.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and building dashboards is a must.Soft Skills:Strong Negotiation Skills.Critical Thinking: Analyze and evaluate information to make informed decisions.Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Stakeholder Mapping: Identify, map, and engage key stakeholders effectively.Consumer Orientation: Enable the business to serve the consumer effectively.Entrepreneurial: Recognize and seize business opportunities.Rigor: Think systematically and plan effectively.Transparency: Act openly and respectfully.Decision Making: Combine decisiveness with sound judgment.Team Player: Connect effectively with others.Getting Things Done: Deliver results and measure performance according to the plan.Location: Riyadh, KSAArea to be covered: KSAReporting Line: The selected candidate will report to Head of KSAAbout Us:Arabic and English are a must.
