Job Purpose:To act as a domain expert for the PPM application consulting team supporting the configuration and extension of its modules through analysing business needs to help ensure solution meets the departments’ objectives by combining industry standard methodologies, product knowledge, and business insight, exercise creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.Principal Accountabilities:Oracle Cloud PPM ERP Functionality1. Recommend and justify enhancements to ERP to meet complex departments needs2. Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for improving operational efficiencies of the Company business3. Work with departments and ERP team to develop business solution designs to ensure that business requirements are met4. Experience as a resource in the full lifecycle implementation of ERP with hands-on configurations5. Lead the day-to-day activities of PPM modules including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews6. Experience with Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Grants, or similar module experience7. Experience in Integrate oracle Fusion with Primavera P6, Aconex.8. Integrate with other financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Revenue Management and Subscription Management9. Configure PPM Applications to meet departments requirements and document application set-ups10. Assist with design workshops and functional process workshops in all Projects areas11. Demonstrate experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilot’s functional configuration, testing and user training12. Define testing scenarios and develop validation scripts13. Support users with the execution of validation scripts14. Experience in Using Smart View.
