The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Digital Transformation Index as outlined by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in Saudi Arabia. The Qiyas Consultant will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring alignment with the DGA standards and achieving optimal results.Key Responsibilities:Consulting and Advisory: Provide expert guidance on the Digital Transformation Index criteria and benchmarks as defined by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in KSA.Assess current digital maturity levels of clients and develop customized digital transformation strategies.Advise on best practices and innovative solutions to enhance digital capabilities and services.Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' digital transformation initiatives.Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to measure digital performance and compliance with DGA standards.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on assessment findings and recommended actions.Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance clients' understanding of the Digital Transformation Index and its implications.Mentor and coach client teams on implementing digital transformation initiatives effectively.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and industry partners.Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and workshops.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation consulting or a related field.Proven experience working with the Digital Transformation Index by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in KSA.Strong understanding of digital government frameworks, policies, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
