Location: Riyadh, KSA.Years of Experience: 3-5 years.Project Duration: 3-6 months, subject to extension.Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).Starting Date: as soon as possible.We are looking for a dedicated Performance Management Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and management of performance management systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior HR leaders and department heads to ensure that performance management processes align with the organization's strategic goals and support employee development.Key Responsibilities:Support System Design: Assist in designing and developing performance management systems that align with organizational objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Implementation Support: Work closely with HR and IT teams to implement performance management systems, including configuring software, setting up processes, and ensuring system integration.Process Management: Provide ongoing support in managing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of performance data, providing insights to improve employee performance and organizational efficiency.Employee Support: Offer guidance and support to employees and managers on performance management processes, helping them understand system functionalities and best practices.Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure employees and managers are equipped to use the performance management system effectively.Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of the performance management system, gathering feedback and recommending improvements to enhance its efficiency and user experience.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the performance management system supports business needs and enhances employee performance.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, CIPD) are a plus.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supporting performance management systems, HR consulting, or related fields.Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems and performance management software. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is desirable.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve employee and organizational performance.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.Project Management: Experience in supporting the implementation and management of HR projects, particularly those related to performance management systems.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
