SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon to join our esteemed team. As a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon, you will be integral in providing specialized surgical care to pediatric patients suffering from various cardiac conditions. Your role will encompass evaluating and diagnosing patients, designing individualized treatment plans, conducting surgical interventions, and ensuring post-operative care and recovery. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostics of pediatric patients with cardiac issues Develop and implement customized treatment plans for each patient Perform surgical procedures on pediatric patients with congenital and acquired heart conditions Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care as needed Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric cardiac surgery and integrate best practices into care delivery Requirements: Medical degree and appropriate licensure to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Completion of accredited residency and fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Demonstrable experience with a strong track record in performing complex pediatric cardiac surgeries Exceptional surgical and clinical skills with keen attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced medical environment Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Benefits: As per UAE labour law, salary will be around AED 45,000 to 85,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
