Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal hotel IT systems and providing exceptional support to our users. Key Responsibilities System Support and Maintenance : Ensure that all hotel IT systems are running efficiently and effectively, minimizing any system outages or downtime. Team Supervision : Supervise and manage the IT department on a daily basis, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Technical Expertise : Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations. Security and Governance : Ensure that all IT systems and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and that data security is maintained at all times. Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to hotel operations. Strategic Planning : Work with the hotel management team to identify current and future system needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs. Collaboration and Communication : Build strong relationships with hotel departments and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives. Requirements IT Management Experience : Previous experience in IT management, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector. Technical Skills : Experience with Microsoft systems, hotel applications (such as Fidelio and Micros), and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies.
