Job Description:Eram Talent is seeking a driven and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in the Oil and Energy industry. As an Engineer - Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing various civil engineering projects for our clients in the Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care sectors.Eram Talent is an independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy with a strong global reach and network that is committed to providing outstanding recruitment solutions for specialized industries.Responsibilities:Manage engineering projects from start to finish, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.Supervise and mentor junior engineers and other team members.Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Prepare and analyze technical reports, feasibility studies, and other project documentation.Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.Conduct research and stay current with industry trends and advancements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using project management tools and software.In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as API, ASME, ISO, and ASTM.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Benefits: Salary is not a constraint, the company is looking for the right candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
