JOB OBJECTIVE Effectively manage assigned key accounts or channel partners and sell a multi-product range. The candidate will be responsible for developing business within the existing customer base and will also have new business development accountability. Roles&Responsibilities Meet or exceed set sales revenue targets for assigned territories. Build long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth of business opportunities. Contract (BDA) development&negotiation. Identify customer needs&opportunities and act proactively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer sales activity to support management reporting and effective decision-making. Sales forecasting based on sales target and rolling 3 months sales forecast. Requirements Strong customer focus. Business thinking. Achievement orientation. Negotiating skills. Analytical and presentation skills. Qualifications, Experience&Skills A bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years successful performance in a similar role in NON FOOD FMCG / FMCG in UAE.
