Job Description Managing the overall credit and receivable functions in the most efficient manner in order to minimize the risk of losses and late payments. Ensuring the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly posted on a timely basis. Conducting all necessary credit checks on all new credit applicants, making recommendations according to existing credit policies and maintaining details of credit given to customers. Being responsible for completing and updating records of debtors. Studying, analyzing and reporting on all outstanding accounts during credit meeting when necessary. Verifying that any sale recorded as accounts receivable are supported with sales vouchers, credit card sales vouchers, coupon&vouchers and any other supporting documents. Qualifications Having working experience in the same capacity in hotel industry. Obtaining relevant education background (e.g. in Finance Accounting, or Hotel Management).
