Travel&Tourism Company | Agency based in Umhlanga Surroundings, is seeking a dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join their team. Salary: Basic R9 000 (TCTC) plus Commission. Trading Hours: Retail Working Hours Monday - Friday: 08h30 - 17h00, also work 2 Saturdays&1 Sunday per month Saturday: 09h00 - 15h00 Sunday: 09h00 - 12h00 (Overtime is paid for weekend work) Requirements: Minimum of 1 years experience in a Travel Sales Industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Proficient in the use of reservation systems, such as Amadeus is advantageous Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations Ability to work weekends and public holidays is needed. Traceable references, clear criminal record&ITC. Matric Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals Design and sell customized travel itineraries to meet individual travel preferences, budgets, and needs Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including visas and travel insurance Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting the company's preferred partners Maintain accurate records and client details, using the company's operational systems Manage customer complaints and queries in an efficient and professional manner Keep up-to-date with industry trends Please send an updated CV&professional photo to cv@interconrecruitment.co.za .
