Join our MAHLE team! #StrongerTogether MAHLE Behr South Africa, at our Durban Plant, has a vacancy for a Employee Relations Partner.  Your Role & Responsibilities The main duties of this position will include: Provide leadership to ensure effective operations of the Human Resources Department Ensure effective functioning of all HR activities, such as day to day requirements, recruitment, onboarding, designing budgets etc. Ensure updated and correct reporting and auditing. Effective management of Employment Relations and Disciplinary practices including union activities. Project Management – Lead, drive and monitor projects. Relevant Degree in Human Resources Management / Law or Labour Law or other related Minimum 7 years’ experience in management role in Human Resources Management Preferred Requirements At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge and experience of working in a unionized environment and directly dealing with the union. Maintain complete confidentiality. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Systematic and organised in approach. Proactive Effective in dealing with staff at various levels in the organisation. Good attendance record – Good Timekeeping To work independently without supervision Ability to work and communicate in a team – team player. Ability to prioritise workload. Do you have any questions?
