About the role To support the Marketing team with timeous execution and delivery. We are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing graduate to join our team. The Marketing graduate will play a crucial role in supporting our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Key responsibilities Conduct market research (not data driven) to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Support marketing team in collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials, including sales presentations. Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and services. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the marketing department, including communication. Qualifications and skills Grade 12 (NSC) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Previous internship or work experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
