The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily management and task allocation of the BI Team as well as Development of Internal business intelligence reports and support as required to the Head of Business Intelligence. The role will work closely with various business owners as well as the BI Teams from BET Software in order to gain insight into data sources/issues when required, avoid duplication of efforts amongst teams and to analyze financial data and operational processes to design and implement new streamlined processes which will enhance team efficiency, productivity and ultimately profitability. Business Intelligence experience with working experience in a similar role at a similar level. Experience working closely with colleagues to develop and deliver new services. Experience of producing or commissioning high level graphical representations of data in order to communicate analytical information. 5 years’ experience in a data/analytical field. What You’ll Do For The Brand: To assist the Head of Business Intelligence in providing team support as well as strategic analytical services to the business. To work closely with management in order to identify team growth areas and assist in creating actionable development plans whilst monitoring/reporting on regularly. The analysis of financial information to assist the business profitability and growth. Manage the protection of data within the BI Team. To support the “Dedicated Portfolio” transformation journey amongst the analysts by being the custodian of received requests and assisting in allocation of said tasks based on nature of request and workload. To identify business strategy, processes, products, road mapping in the context which the business operates. Overseeing and compiling of reports for senior team members, stakeholders, and leaders. Communicating trends and analysis across the business and measure performance on an ongoing basis, and areas to focus on to make strategic decisions. Communicate with Development Team for the extraction and analysis of data. Must be able to manage integrated and third-party reports. Engaging with various business owners to understand their needs and provide commentary on reports. Power BI development and Reporting. Data Mining and Interpretations of trends.
