Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills testing, and reference checks. Build a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Conduct online interviews with potential candidates. Complete full-cycle recruitment for the clients. Write job adverts and utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the client's open position. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field.
