As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking and converting new sales opportunities across various service categories. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in UAE
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. An additional language, particularly Arabic, would be an advantage.
• The ability to travel to customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong proficiency in Russian – ADVANTAGE
• Work experience in beauty, healthcare\medical, cosmetics industry – ADVANTAGE
