Overview of the role The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading and driving the operational teams to achieve daily operational and business targets to an agreed operating plan and budget. What you will do Efficient planning of workload routines, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and resources. Keeping quality standards, accuracy, adherence to agreed processes, and presentation of product. Proactive associate development and leadership. Maintain the health, safety, and security of the warehouse. Continuous process improvements through innovations. Required skills to be successful Warehousing&Fulfillment Operations Experience. In-depth understanding of the systems (SAP). Stakeholder management (internal&external clients). Cost Conscious and able to convert data to make operational decisions. About the team The role will report to the Warehouse Manager, MENA. This position interfaces with various internal and external stakeholders.
