Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
