Support internal clinical risk identification mechanisms including, but not limited to incident reports, medical record reviews, clinical audits, patient complaints, claims and risk assessments. Have a strong overview of the progress of incident and complaint investigations and ensure Director of Clinical Governance is informed of any issues or risks. Support the process for reporting and updating information relating to patient safety incidents, complaints and near misses. Job Requirements Healthcare degree or equivalent professional qualification (current license preferred). Masters in risk management or related healthcare field preferred. CPHRM (Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management) certificate preferrepital. Minimum of 3 years recent experience in Clinical Risk Management&Patient Safety.
