We are seeking for our global shipping client an experienced and dynamic Freight Forwarding Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales with sea freight solid experience , with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. As a Freight Forwarding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales executives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Lead and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management for business development and improvement Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement Collaborate with internal departments such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales orders Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services Preferred Candidate: Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably in the UAE market Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, including import/export regulations and documentation Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation Leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
