As part of this division, SunTek’s vehicle protection solutions, including paint protection and window films, are installed on vehicles to provide superior durability and aesthetics. Job Purpose: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market for SunTek vehicle protection products, specifically focused on paint protection and window films. This role encompasses both indoor and outdoor sales activities and requires close interaction with customers, dealers, and potential clients. The position is crucial for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall growth of SunTek’s market share within the Ras Al Khaimah region. Key Accountabilities: Sales&Business Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet sales targets and grow the customer base in Ras Al Khaimah. Conduct outdoor sales by visiting potential clients, dealerships, and other relevant stakeholders to promote and sell SunTek products. Handle indoor sales, engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product solutions. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure successful conversions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Provide product demonstrations, consultations, and after-sales support to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications&Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in the UAE. Experience in the automotive industry, specifically in car accessories or vehicle protection products is preferred. UAE Driving License mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in both indoor and outdoor sales roles. Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
