Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of our software products through various testing methods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving defects to deliver high-quality, reliable software to our clients.Job Responsibilities and Duties:Assures correctness and completeness of quality management documents.Monitors implementation of QA processes and plans (Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans).Conducts periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA process and address issues with QA tools.Gathers comments and feedback to optimize systems and processes.Reviews documentation and resolves identified issues.Maintains automated testing procedures.Control and update the quality management documents.Prepare & Perform inspection and auditing plans for all departments.Lead the ISO certification surveillance and renewal auditing.Other Requirements:Certification in standard quality management system ISO 9001.Experience in international quality standards such as ISO 14001 & 45001.SkillsHigh proficiency in MS Office.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Innovative and detail-oriented.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Ability to execute and interpret test results to ensure software quality.Familiarity with automation tools and techniques for test automation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.EducationEngineering (Bachelor's degree)#J-18808-Ljbffr
