Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for proactively supporting Local Service Units (LSUs) in their sales planning in alignment with the regional Motion Service (MOSE) strategy in MEA. You will provide detailed support in understanding their market potential via installed base mapping as well as working on developing the correct sales plan to help increase our penetration and drive revenue growth. You will also support in driving key strategic initiatives such as energy efficiency, recurring revenue growth & modernization solutions. The work model for the role is hybrid #LI-hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for:Supporting Local Service Units in the execution of the strategies and business plans related to focus initiatives in line with overall regional division strategy & defined targets.Assisting the Local Service Units in developing a solid sales plan and identifying improvement & growth areas accordingly.Supporting Local Service Units to analyze the installed base potential and create relevant actions to increase the penetration rate.Supporting countries through joint customer visits while leveraging existing high-level customer relations.Supporting the country in driving the key service portfolio offerings around ABB motors & drives with a major focus on energy efficiency solutions, recurring revenue, and modernization offerings.Being responsible for supporting countries to develop a healthy sales pipeline, increase their hit rate, and deliver their relevant sales KPIs.Proactively anticipating shortfalls in performance and taking appropriate remedial actions with the local units in order to bridge any potential gaps.Seeking the right level of support from the global service functions and Service Supply Units (SSUs) to ensure full focus and attention to deliver local results.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.10+ years of experience in key sales leadership roles with a proven track record of delivering consistent growth.Proven history of leading sales activity across different countries & areas.Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken). Arabic language is a plus.Sound knowledge & understanding of Motion Service offerings and portfolio.Leadership skills being able to coach and motivate the local sales units.Customer oriented and demonstrates ability to build key influential relations at various levels of customer organizations.Solid GCC market knowledge in addition to understanding competition is key.Willingness to travel (high request).More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
