Job Summary: As a commercial planning analyst, you will play a crucial role in our team’s strategic initiatives, primarily focusing on transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making processes across various departments. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward, with a primary focus on business intelligence, forecasting, IKTVA initiatives and market intelligence contributing to the overall business intelligence framework. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders aiming to optimize and enhance the flow of relevant information within the organization. Job Duties&Responsibilities: Analyze market trends, contribute to business intelligence frameworks, and provide support to market intelligence and insights for IKTVA initiatives. Extract, manipulate, and model data as requested by managers and directors. Conduct benchmarking to identify strengths and areas for improvement in company solutions. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), presenting analyses to decision-makers. Perform comparative analyses between the company and key market players. Monitor client activities to develop strategic and detect trends. Map the company’s business market, assessing competitors, trends, new launches, customer profiles, and product potential. Transform collected data into actionable insights to facilitate business growth. Create informative dashboards for teams. Support the construction of the company’s data warehouse in collaboration with various departments. Structure market and client data to generate insights for the organization. Lead special projects aimed at process improvement, synergy creation, and resource optimization. Participate in meetings, providing relevant market data to analyze current and future strategies. Assist in providing data support to all Directors through presentations with internal and external information. Education&Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial planning, market intelligence, business intelligence, or data analyst roles. Experience in international heavy industry related to Oil&Gas is advantageous. Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, and presentation tools like PowerPoint. Proficiency in programming tools such as Python is a plus. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with datasets and conduct statistical analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
