Job Description Responsibilities of the Cashier: Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. Collect payments whether in cash or credit. Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets. Redeem stamps and coupons. Cross-sell products and introduce new ones. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Keep monitoring stock movements and checking. Requirements and Skills: Work experience in the garments field as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role. Experience in sales and promoting items. Basic knowledge in computers and proficiency in Excel&Word. Familiarity with electronic equipment, including making sales invoices and updating daily sales in cash registers and handling POS machines. Good math skills. Inventory knowledge for managing stock levels and timely updating management with data. Strong communication and time management skills. Customer satisfaction oriented. High school degree.
