Job purpose:The Country Manager - KSA is responsible for:Represent Genesis in KSA and establish a recognized presence of our business line, with progressive ramp up of resources in line with the growth of our local market and secured services.Represent Genesis during local events, conferences and client meetings.Developing and securing new business across Markets and Practices, with an emphasis on Early Advisory Solutions.Overseeing project execution secured in KSA to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.Interface with other Operating Centers, in particular UAE and Kuwait, in order to have the necessary support for commercial and delivery activities.Identify the local needs in terms of competencies and support in order to grow our presence in Country.As such, the Country Manager - KSA has both Win-it and Do-it responsibility. This is both an external facing role that builds a trusted and reliable relationship with Clients, as well as an internal facing role that builds strong teams and oversees excellence in execution.With time, the Country Manager - KSA will also manage the resources recruited locally to support the growth of the business.Job Scope:Win work through delivering and managing tenders.Sponsor project execution supporting study managers and consulting team.Oversee and deliver all studies/projects within KSA for any Genesis Practices & Markets.Expansion of our service offering to meet Client needs.Provide leadership to the Genesis operational team within the location, ensuring strong engagement and motivation of the team, focused on results.Contribute to a proactive approach to retention of key talent within the organization and contribute to alignment of headcount to business requirements in line with future growth of our activity in Country.Promote Genesis offering through business development events (conference, exhibitions, etc.).Regular engagements with clients to understand client needs and strategy, competitor offering to support Heads of Market and Practice.Promote continuous business improvements with knowledge capture and sharing to wider organization.Build effective execution team based on project needs, skill sets and resource availability.Ability to get new clients.Due diligence, studies.Typical profile:Arabic Speaker.Extensive experience with Client interfaces and understanding relevant markets.Excellent networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.Impeccable and open communication style.The ability to quickly build client relationships in addition to a strong network within the relevant markets.Previous experience to commercial aspects of engineering contracting/consulting.“Seeing the bigger picture” to give Tenders and Study Deliverables an edge.Experience in promoting Early Advisory Solutions offerings.Proactive, self-starter motivated towards achieving pre-agreed targets and objectives.Results driven – accountable, determination to outperform, leads change, customer focused.People – leads with courage, authenticity, respect, and empowers, mentors & develops.Strategic thinker – forward thinking, adopts a broader perspective and embraces innovation.Agility – strong learning agility and ability to manage complexity.Collaborative - creates an inclusive culture, fosters global collaboration.Key interactions (internally, externally):Clients Representative and Clients’ Management and Supply Chain representatives.Genesis and T.EN Business Development Managers.Genesis Global Resource Manager.Genesis Heads of Practice.Genesis Heads of Market.Genesis Business Support team members.Main accountabilities:Responsible for meeting Order Intake and Revenue KPI in KSA.Establish line of sight of, and develop the opportunity pipeline through early engagement.Identify and agree key targets and opportunities with the Client in alignment with the Genesis strategy.Support Business Development campaigns to grow and diversify our market footprint and Client base.Build Client relationships and improve Client intimacy, understanding of drivers/challenges.Develop and maintain an awareness of competitor’s capabilities. Monitor market pricing and competitor activity.Collaborate closely with the Strategic Advisory COP to develop excellence in Early Advisory project execution.Accountable/responsible for proposal preparation and delivery.To sponsor studies/projects/tenders, supporting study managers and consulting team in their delivery.Collaborate closely with KL Office to ensure correct project staffing and profitability.Responsible for the successful project execution/delivery along with client satisfaction and profitability within the assigned project portfolio.Accountable for ensuring purchase orders/variation orders are in place to cover all work completed for the Client.Provide leadership to the future team in KSA, ensuring strong engagement and motivation of the team, focused on results.Collaborate closely with P&C teams to ensure a proactive approach to development and retention of talent within their team.Global collaboration to ensure continuous improvement and simplification of processes and tools, with focus on digitalization.Ensure the team has the necessary competencies to execute projects and grow our business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
