Job Description: Aldar Academies is currently seeking an outstanding Music Teacher for Al Ain British Academy commencing on September 2024. Candidates must have a secure knowledge of teaching the English National Curriculum and the latest developments. They should demonstrate a proven track record of implementing effective strategies to raise standards and ensure outstanding progress for all. Key Tasks: To deliver lessons that inspire students to achieve the best possible outcomes. Teamwork and collaboration. To develop positive relationships with all members of the school community. Plan engaging lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum. Work cooperatively with curriculum support staff to support children’s development. Teaching and Learning: Clear understanding of the Curriculum. Organising the classroom provision and learning resources. Planning and presenting sessions that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class. Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching. Observing and assessing children in line with school assessments. Behavior Management and Duties: Follow the school’s behavior policy. Manage classes effectively, using appropriate approaches to inspire and motivate pupils. Maintain good relationships with pupils and act decisively when necessary.
