Position: Project ManagerLocation: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaProject Scope: Fiber Pipeline Construction Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction and management of a fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of a multi-discipline engineering project, with a strong focus on quality control, engineering integrity, and efficient planning.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale fiber pipeline project.Manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure project milestones are met and standards of quality are upheld.Coordinate the interfaces between different engineering disciplines and integrate project activities.Implement robust project control mechanisms to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.Ensure compliance with both local and international engineering standards and practices.Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the project team.Requirements:Minimum of fifteen (15) years of construction and management experience, with at least seven (7) years in senior management roles.Proven track record in the organization and control of large, multi-discipline engineering projects, particularly in infrastructure.At least five (5) years of experience working in the Middle East or similar environments.Strong background in quality control, project planning, and coordination.Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Qualifications:Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and interact with stakeholders.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of relevant construction and project management software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
