Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand clients' individual needs, goals, and health limitations. Develop personalized exercise programs tailored to each client's fitness level and objectives (weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, etc.). Motivate and guide clients throughout their training sessions, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety. Track clients' progress, adjust workout plans as needed, and celebrate their achievements. Provide expert guidance on exercise science, nutrition (basic principles), and healthy lifestyle habits. Maintain a positive and encouraging demeanor to build strong relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends, research-based practices, and safety protocols. May assist with promoting the gym's personal training packages and services. Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working as a personal trainer (preferred). Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for clients of all fitness levels. Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
