Responsibilities:Manages large Customer projects or work packages of very large projects (Category A projects including more software, more services, and more sustainability, with organizational and technical complexity, multi-business, high level of risk, complex contractual context) following applicable company policies and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process).Leads functionally the project team (>10 people) to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance and delegates sub-projects to PMs.Relies on PMO expert and document manager to drive the project KPIs: more software, more services, and more sustainability.Focuses on stakeholder management and stirs the team. Manages the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and is accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract.Contributes to project managers community of practice.Acts as sales agent for OPEX service portfolios as a Global Project Manager for dedicated VIP clients, managing a portfolio of solution execution VIP projects (Cat.B/A).Drives project managers involved with this customer and acts as a mentor.The Global Project Manager is overall P&L responsible and ensures consistency of all projects in terms of management, scope, and communication.Acts as a mentor to PMs.Qualifications:Expert Professional (8+ years of experience).Experience in managing energy management and electrical scope projects.Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Software, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Automation and control systems is required.Schedule: Full-timeReq: 008ZRD#J-18808-Ljbffr
