Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! As a Sales leading role, you will drive the growth and visibility of our Electrification&Automation portfolio in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibilities will ensure Siemens remains a highly distinguished and recognizable presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: Oversees and ensure comprehensive market coverage for Siemens’ Protection&Automation portfolio in Utility market vertical. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and building connections with new potential clients. Lead the preparation of offers, aligning with specific technical requirements and coordinating with relevant stakeholders, including the estimation team, procurements, the factory, and Siemens’ global sales team. Maintain an opportunities pipeline that accurately reflects forecasts and probabilities. Provide real-time reporting on ongoing and upcoming tenders, ensuring all data is consistently updated in CRM/Salesforce. Develop and execute a go-to market strategy, strategic pricing plan, and commercial action plans. Continually evaluate Siemens’ positioning against competitors in the KSA market, ensuring that strategies are aligned to maintain and enhance market leadership. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, in the field of Electrical Power. 10+ years of experience. The candidate should have Sales experience in the same field (protection&automation) in KSA, and shall also be familiar with National Grid/ SEC tenders, Standards and Specifications, and EPCs who work in the same field. Contract negotiation skills, and knowledge about contract management is required. English fluent, Arabic is a plus. What else do you need to know? The role is crucial in establishing and enhancing Siemens' market presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will drive key initiatives in electrification and automation, foster client relationships, and ensure competitive positioning through strategic market coverage and business planning.
